Grace grew up on the beaches of east coast Australia. After completing a 12 month exchange program at Mount Royal University Calgary, in 2019, she decided to make Canada her permanent home in 2021. Graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science from Griffith University, Gold Coast, Grace is currently pursuing a Masters of Occupational Therapy. During her undergraduate studies, Grace worked as a community support worker, helping many clients with social, emotional and physical challenges. She has also worked as a Pediatric Behaviour Interventionist for a clinic in Fernie, BC, where she facilitated group and individual therapy sessions, ran summer camps and provided support for children and their families. Grace is passionate about connecting with people of all abilities and walks of life. She loves to empower and make a difference in the lives of others. Grace is greatly fulfilled through her current role as a Therapy Assistant at SMILE. She looks forward to meeting and working with all of you, and can't wait to help you reach your goals!
